Fried Peanut Butter and Banana Sandwiches
Ingredients:
¼ to ½ cup creamy peanut butter
2 very ripe bananas
10 slices white bread
butter
Directions:
Toast the bread to make it a little more sturdy, then spread some butter on each slice. Stir the peanut butter until it’s nice and creamy and spreadable. Do the same with the ripe bananas. Spread peanut butter on once slice of bread and the banana on the other or you could go ahead and combine the two to make a spread. In a skillet, melt enough butter to coat the bottom of the pan. Place the sandwiches in the butter and grill them until the bread is lightly toasted. Flip to grill the other side. Drain on paper towels.

I have had this recipe in my book since this show first aired a long time ago. Today is my 81 year old Grandma's birthday and I made these brownies for the first time. These brownies are her gift from me! They are absolutely spectacular...Like candy rather than brownies! What a marvelous recipe! Thank you so much.
